Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Introduction

Welcome to GrintOps! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our services, including SecOps as a Service, DevOps as a Service, and Tech-Ops solutions (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • “GrintOps” refers to our company, website, and all related Services.
  • “Client” refers to the entity or individual purchasing or using our Services.
  • “Subscription” refers to our recurring service plans.
  • “Authorized Users” refers to employees, contractors, or third parties authorized by the Client to use our Services.
  • “Confidential Information” refers to non-public information shared between the parties.

3. Services

GrintOps provides the following services:

  • SecOps as a Service (including Penetration Testing, SIEM & Threat Detection, etc.)
  • DevOps as a Service (including CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, cloud management, etc.)
  • Tech-Ops Solutions (including CloudOps, GitOps, and other services)

Our Services are provided on a subscription basis or as a one-time engagement, based on the Client’s requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide accurate and necessary information required for service delivery.
  • The Client shall comply with applicable laws and regulations while using our Services.
  • The Client shall not use our Services for any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to hacking, unauthorized data access, or cybercrime.
  • The Client is responsible for securing their own systems and credentials.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

  • Services are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription basis, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments must be made in advance via accepted payment methods.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during service delivery.
  • GrintOps follows industry-standard security practices to protect client data.
  • Our services may require access to Client infrastructure, which will be handled securely.
  • Data processing will comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations where applicable.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • GrintOps aims to maintain a 99.9% uptime for hosted services.
  • Support is available 24/7 for critical incidents and during business hours for general inquiries.
  • Incident response time varies by subscription tier.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • GrintOps is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
  • The Client assumes all responsibility for any actions taken based on our recommendations or implementations.
  • Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client in the last 3 months.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold GrintOps harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • The Client’s misuse of Services.
  • Security breaches due to Client’s negligence.
  • Non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • GrintOps reserves the right to terminate Services immediately in case of policy violations, non-payment, or legal infractions.
  • Upon termination, the Client must discontinue use of the Services, and any outstanding fees remain payable.

11. Amendments

GrintOps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any major changes. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (or any other jurisdiction agreed upon).
  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration before seeking litigation.
  • The prevailing party in a dispute shall be entitled to reimbursement of legal fees.
